| Zero Tier: God Characters, these are actually able to be graded. As God's are not Omnipotent in Touhou.
First Tier: Very strong characters such as Pureblood vampires, and possibly priests.
Second Tier: Masterfully strong characters, not as strong as first tier, but they have their fighting style down.
Third Tier: Moderately Strong, they can hold their own.
Fourth Tier: beginners, they're just getting into fighting.
Fifth Tier: The Weakest, they are barely able to fight. | |
